Timothy Lin, DM is a dentist in Allentown, Pennsylvania. It is listed at 1651 N Cedar Crest Blvd #209, Allentown, PA 18104, which places it among the local businesses of Allentown that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
In Allentown, popular practices book routine cleanings weeks ahead, so call early or ask to be put on a cancellation list; emergency and walk-in clinics are the exception. Across Pennsylvania, a new-patient exam with X-rays and a cleaning typically runs from about $150 to $350 without insurance, and many offices publish new-patient specials on their websites. Check the listing for hours, whether the office takes your insurance or Medicaid, languages spoken, wheelchair access and parking, then confirm by phone: insurance networks and providers change more often than the listings do.
Hours have not been published for this listing yet. Most businesses of this type in Allentown keep standard business hours, but call ahead to be sure, especially on weekends and holidays. The listed phone number is (610) 821-1130. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is lveallentown.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
With 4.2 out of 5 on Google from 10 reviews, it sits in the middle of the range for dentists in Allentown. Recent reviews are the best guide.
Allentown is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Allentown follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I have had many bad experiences with Dr's and dentists. Dr Lin was exceptionally good. He fixed my botched root canal, then took the time to follow up, which no one else did, (not even my oncologist) on a problem I was having. Turns out my jaw bone is deteriorating due to a cancer med I was on. Dr Lin took the time to follow up with the oral surgery and call me and explain everything to me. He could have just referred me to the oral surgeon but he didn't. He treated me like a human being with feelings. Thank you Dr Lin. You are wonderful. I would recommend you to anyone!

I have seen Dr. Lin two times in the past year. Once for root canal and once for apicoectomy. I must say that my experience BOTH times was fantastic! I had ZERO pain during either procedure - didn't even feel the novocaine. I would highly recommend Dr. Lin to friends and family without an ounce of hesitation. The entire office staff was friendly and inviting as well.

I had gotten a retreatment root canal done by Dr. Timothy Lin after my root canal that I had gotten done by another doctor years ago, had some issues. It was by far the most comfortable dental experience Iβve ever had. So professional. Environment was welcoming. Dr. Lin was so knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I highly recommend seeing him.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE! I went in for a diagnosed root canal. Dr. Keng (spelling?) saw me and spent about an hour attempting to reach my root. She then said she had another appointment and I would have to come back. On leaving I was told my financial portion of the visit, based on my insurance, would be $50 - which I paid. On my return visit she said that she now noticed a crack in my tooth and would not be able to proceed. She "patched up the hole she left in my jaw and suggested I go elsewhere for treatment. Then the insurance company charged me with the whole amount because it was an "incomplete" endodontic procedure. I called the office to complain but they blamed it on the insurance company, even though Dr. Keng examined me and had me in her chair for more than an hour the first visit. I'm on the hook for more than $200 because of her.

I'm in the middle of a extremely painful emergency. I'm insured and was told I would have to pay the $220 balance for the out of pocket if I want treatment. I don't have it and offered $50 as down payment. I WAS REFUSED TREATMENT and told my appointment is cancelled. It amazed me that they already knew what treatment I need and was able to predict exactly how much out of pocket expenses would be. My insurance covers 80% on something's and 100% on other things. This doctor has completely forgotten his responsibility for his profession. He's dropped this ethos for patient care and money is clearly more important. It's morally wrong. My grandfather was a doctor and NEVER refused treatment if someone couldn't pay up front.
